I’m Jas, a member of Health Action Network and the 308TAC team. I am doing the work to raise awareness of regulatory issues Constitutional lawyer Shawn Buckley of the Natural Health Product Protection Association has raised such as Bill C-6. Also I’d like to replace the Natural Health Product Directorate, and Block Codex Alimentarius .

I believe in Survival as a group such as we only survive when each of us brings personal responsibility and acts as a single unit or what you would call a collective.

Canadian Charter of Health Freedom and major busy areas in order to help raise the 3 million signatures we need for the Charter,

As you can see from my letter to the Vancouver City Council, the ceo of Verint is a former Mossad intelligence officer who was indicted for fraud charges causing Verint, and their parent company to both be delisted from the NASDAQ Stock Exchange. As you can also see, Verint’s supposedly "state of the art" surveillance cameras positioned everywhere in the London Underground failed to work on 7/7, and did not capture ANY video footage that could have led to capturing the bombers.This is what happens when you trust a CIA, Mossad, MI6 asset company to provide you with "security"- its like putting the fox in charge of the henhouse!

We think Verint planted the explosives in the London underground which they had unfettered access to, and we wouldn’t put it past the ruling elite to orchestrate a similar psyop in Montreal where Verint provides "security" for their subway system, or in Vancouver, where they’re providing alleged "security" for Vancouver Airport right now and during the Olympics!! We’re sure not alone in our concerns!

On the video you’ll notice that Prime Minister Harper has perogued (suspended) the Canadian government til after the Olympics. This move is highly suspicious because there were several "must have" bills that were on the verge of being pushed through to completion and now they’ll have to reintroduce all of them and start again at square one.

This is NOT something Harper or the Canadian Parliament would WANT, and we think they were likely ORDERED by the ruling elite to suspend Parliament during the Olympics to make it easier to impose martial law via US troops in the event of an orchestrated false flag attack. The US & Canada have a reciprocal agreement that we document below whereby if a terrorist event happens in either country, the other can send its troops to the other country.

Sherry Peel Jackson has been moved again and she has not been heard from for over two weeks. She disappeared one week before Christmas and her parents nor her husband and two beautiful children have heard from her.

(#) a must see film which every living man, woman and child must see. Aaron Russo gave his life to produce this documentary. Sherry, a CPA, Certified Fraud Investigator, received a 4-year sentence for telling Americans the truth, although she broke no law.

Please ask everyone to send her an encouraging note so that she knows she is not alone or forgotten. Let her know that this country is aware that she has been moved, thousands are still watching her situation closely and praying for her release. Anyone who has been in her situation cannot imagine how much good is accomplished by countless cards and letters. It does much more than just lift her spirits, which in itself is huge. It also lets the system know that she is well-known and many are watching closely to see that she is treated properly while in her federal cage, with two long years to go!

I just posted this comment on CBC.ca… IF they dare to post it, please support with a thumbs-up or a comment of your own.  They’ve skipped it for now… but I’m really going to challenge them if they don’t publish. Our work is really cut out for us because of this.  We have to vet all bills for the erosion of rights and stop them in their tracks, even by injunction if necessary.  Bear one thing in mind: IF WE HAD NOT BEATEN C-6 INTO BEING AMENDED, HARPER WOULD HAVE HAD NO REASON TO PROROGUE. (The article follows my comment.)   My Comment, posted at 6:10 pm EST:   This weasel move by Harper is yet another cheap trick to guarantee that Conservative legislation can be fast-tracked… especially since his fast-track attempt on Bill C-6 got slammed back at him by the Liberal Senators.   Many reported that this was political maneuvering by the Liberals, but in fact it was a desperate effort by the Senate to make Harper respect the Constitution and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  Bill C-6 had at least 8 blatant violations within it, as did several other bills; in fact C-6 provided the government a way past due process of law, and many lawyers were getting upset.   It seems it is now a trend for governments around the world to erode the civil rights of their people in exchange for some spurious promise of "security".  C-6 was only one example, but we’ve all seen the US scream "terrorist" and everybody jumps to their ridiculous tune, slashing the people’s rights away in order to "protect the nation".   Right.  To protect the nation from idiots who blow their own package off instead of blowing up an airplane…. and now hundred of thousands of people are being "patted down" rather intimately in case there’s a booby trap in their bra or a package in their underwear, and can’t even go to the bathroom during the last hour of a US-bound flight?  Hope the airlines have free Depends on board…. and get everyone wearing them on takeoff!   Torture of Canadian detainees ranks in the top issues, of course… nobody wants to think that any Canadian could be so brutal and vicious.  But it’s political sleight-of-hand: the real issue is our rights being hacked at, while everybody watches that drama.   If Canadians do not wake up and watch these guys, and speak up, one day you’ll wake up and won’t be able to.       http://www.cbc.ca/politics/story/2009/12/30/parliament-prorogation-harper.html#socialcomments PM seeks Parliament shutdown until March Tories trying to ’shut down democracy,’ Liberal MP Goodale says Last Updated: Wednesday, December 30, 2009 | 5:06 PM ET Comments2132Recommend599 CBC News Prime Minister Stephen Harper is shown outside Ottawa’s Rideau Hall on Dec. 4, 2008, after Gov. Soudas confirmed the prime minister will seek to fill the Senate vacancies between now and March, while the Tories will also push forward on Senate reform, including ending the appointment process in favour of elected senators. Prorogation also effectively scuttles all bills before the current Parliament, including the government’s vaunted anti-crime legislation, which the Conservatives had accused opposition parties of trying to stall. But private member’s bills, such as Manitoba Tory backbencher Candice Hoeppner’s bill to scrap the decade-old federal long-gun registry, would not be affected. A Maine legislator wants to make the state the first to require cell phones to carry warnings that they can cause brain cancer, although there is no consensus among scientists that they do and industry leaders dispute the claim.

The now-ubiquitous devices carry such warnings in some countries, though no U.S. states require them, according to the National Conference of State Legislators. A similar effort is afoot in San Francisco, where Mayor Gavin Newsom wants his city to be the nation’s first to require the warnings.

Maine Rep. Andrea Boland, D-Sanford, said numerous studies point to the cancer risk, and she has persuaded legislative leaders to allow her proposal to come up for discussion during the 2010 session that begins in January, a session usually reserved for emergency and governors’ bills.

Boland herself uses a cell phone, but with a speaker to keep the phone away from her head. She also leaves the phone off unless she’s expecting a call. At issue is radiation emitted by all cell phones.

Under Boland’s bill, manufacturers would have to put labels on phones and packaging warning of the potential for brain cancer associated with electromagnetic radiation. The warnings would recommend that users, especially children and pregnant women, keep the devices away from their head and body.

The Federal Communications Commission, which maintains that all cell phones sold in the U.S. are safe, has set a standard for the “specific absorption rate” of radiofrequency energy, but it doesn’t require handset makers to divulge radiation levels.

The San Francisco proposal would require the display of the absorption rate level next to each phone in print at least as big as the price. Boland’s bill is not specific about absorption rate levels, but would require a permanent, nonremovable advisory of risk in black type, except for the word “warning,” which would be large and in red letters. It would also include a color graphic of a child’s brain next to the warning.

While there’s little agreement about the health hazards, Boland said Maine’s roughly 950,000 cell phone users among its 1.3 million residents “do not know what the risks are.”

All told, more than 270 million people subscribed to cellular telephone service last year in the United States, an increase from 110 million in 2000, according to CTIA-The Wireless Association. The industry group contends the devices are safe.

“With respect to the matter of health effects associated with wireless base stations and the use of wireless devices, CTIA and the wireless industry have always been guided by science, and the views of impartial health organizations. The peer-reviewed scientific evidence has overwhelmingly indicated that wireless devices do not pose a public health risk,” said CTIA’s John Walls.

James Keller of Lewiston, whose cell phone serves as his only phone, seemed skeptical about warning labels. He said many things may cause cancer but lack scientific evidence to support that belief. Besides, he said, people can’t live without cell phones.

“It seems a little silly to me, but it’s not going to hurt anyone to have a warning on there. If they’re really concerned about it, go ahead and put a warning on it,” he said outside a sporting good store in Topsham. “It wouldn’t deter me from buying a phone.”

While there’s been no long-term studies on cell phones and cancer, some scientists suggest erring on the side of caution.

Last year, Dr. Ronald B. Herberman, director emeritus of the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute, sent a memo to about 3,000 faculty and staff members warning of risks based on early, unpublished data. He said that children should use the phones only for emergencies because their brains were still developing and that adults should keep the phone away from the head and use a speakerphone or a wireless headset.

Herberman, who says scientific conclusions often take too long, is one of numerous doctors and researchers who have endorsed an August report by retired electronics engineer L. Lloyd Morgan. The report highlights a study that found significantly increased risk of brain tumors from 10 or more years of cell phone or cordless phone use.

Also, the BioInitiative Working Group, an international group of scientists, notes that many countries have issued warnings and that the European Parliament has passed a resolution calling for governmental action to address concerns over health risks from mobile phone use.

But the National Cancer Institute said studies thus far have turned up mixed and inconsistent results, noting that cell phones did not come into widespread use in the United States until the 1990s.

“Although research has not consistently demonstrated a link between cellular telephone use and cancer, scientists still caution that further surveillance is needed before conclusions can be drawn,” according to the Cancer Institute’s Web site.

Motorola Inc., one of the nation’s major wireless phone makers, says on its Web site that all of its products comply with international safety guidelines for radiofrequency energy exposure.

Here comes the Judge

I wonder why CNN and the other networks aren’t covering this???  Another example of our so called unbiased true news reporters. What a joke.  This is newsworthy…maybe not to those that think its OK to be president and not prove you are actually an American by birth.  Here comes the Judge Federal Judge Carter sets Trial Date for Obama’s Eligibility! The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010! Many concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief.  About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American people. Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama’s request for dismissal. He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that.  Obama would prefer a "kangaroo court" instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama’s motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one). The judge, WHO IS A FORMER U.S. MARINE, repeated several times that this is A VERY SERIOUS CASE which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war. He basically said OBAMA MUST PROVE HIS ELIGIBILITY to the court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President! The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times.  Obama’s attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous. Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution!  The truth about Barack Obama’s eligibility will be known fairly soon – Judge Carter practically guaranteed it!
